REBSORTE: Merlot WEINAUSBAU: Beim Abbeeren der roten Merlot-Trauben wird ein klarer Most durch das selbsttätige Ablaufen des Saftes gewonnen; darauf folgt eine sehr schonende Pressung. Der klare Most wird in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 18-20°C ausgegoren. Um die Eigenschaften des Gran Rosé (Frische, saftige Säure, Spritzigkeit) beizubehalten, verzichten wir auf den biologischen Säureabbau. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 12.8% Vol. FARBE: Leuchtendes und intensives Korall-Rosa. BOUQUET: Harmonisch, frisch und fruchtig, mit Walderbeere Noten. GESCHMACK: Erfrischend fruchtig mit guter Länge und einer einem saftigen Abgang.
