The sekt »Blanc de Noirs Tradition« brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Fresh aromas of yellow stone fruit, herbs, caramelised sugar and citrus notes. A very fine mousse on the palate, extremely crisp, yet animating acidity, juicy and powerful. On the one hand very appetizing, but on the other, an ideal accompaniment to food!
