Lovely and fresh with a delicate minerality on the nose, and with aeration there are aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, and fresh herbs can also be discerned. The flavours on the palate are supported by a fine acidity and a long finish. It is a powerful Fendant that can deal well with aromatic fondue creations.
