Deep dark ruby, opaque core, violet glints, faintly brighter at the rim. A fragrance of pleasant dark cherries underlaid with a hint of savoury-tobacco tones, a touch of orange peel, and notions of blackcurrant. Medium complexity, juicy, balanced tannin structure, minerality, marked by a sweet expression on the finish. Persistent.
