Deep dark ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Nuances of cassis and blackberry confit, a hint of herbal savouriness and wood, inviting bouquet. Medium complexity, notes of cherry, ripe tannins, mineral-salty finish, a balanced food companion.
