Pale yellow colour. Subtle aromas; notes of pink grapefruit, mint, roses, basil, saffron. Rather slender on the palate with precise and juicy acidity, aromatically harmonious, hints of citrus; long, salty, citrus finish. A fresh, lean, dry, almost crystalline wine.
