Delicate salmon rose. Long-lasting mousse with fine bubbles. Aromas of ripe apples, peeled almonds and brioche. Fine acidity, delicate, creamy mousse, notes of blood orange and bergamot. Long, animating finish on hazelnut and ripe apple.
