Yellow with brass coloured reflections. Notes of ripe apple, raisin and Mirabelle plum confit on the nose. Powerful on the palate, lush, yellow-fleshed fruit, tamed by juicy acidity. An ideal accompaniment to terrines and cheese dumplings.
