The eponymous winery in Satigny was founded in 1984 by the internationally active oenologist Jean-Michel Novelle. On seven hectares of vineyards, Novelle now produces more than 35 different wines annually from seventeen different grape varieties. Novelle's hobbyhorse is the creation of expressive blends. In the vineyard, he does not use synthetic chemical fertilizers or herbicides, in order to create the most harmonious ecosystem possible, and relies on cultivating carefully selected plants.
