Brilliant cherry red with a dark core. Dark berry fruit: elderberry, wild blueberry, cherry, plus notes of allspice and black pepper. Present tannin on the palate, combined with rich, ripe acidity. Notes of smoked herbs and dark chocolate on the finish.
