Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green reflections. Clear, intense bouquet, nettle, gooseberries, wet stone, but also pink grapefruit and cassis aromas. Powerful palate, juicy, vibrant acidity, dense, sturdy, citrus flavours. Still closed on the finish, salty, dry, but enormously persistent. Very pure, mountain water-like clear Sauvignon Blanc.
