Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Yellow with golden reflections. Lots of juicy, tropical fruit on the nose: honeyed mango, baby pineapple and some guava. A grippy, demanding attack with enormous acidity. Notes of yuzu and fresh lime on the palate. Lingers for an extremely long time and finishes on notes of saffron and some ginger.
