An intense bouquet with notes of candied citrus fruits, apricot jam, dried fig and dried exotic fruits. There's also hints of saffron and smoky nuances. A plump sweetness on the palate, which is well balanced by the taut acidity, leading to a long, salty, mineral finish with honeyed notes. Exciting.
