Clear, rich straw yellow in colour. An interwoven nose, with notes of apricots, nuts, ripe Mirabelle plums, Linden blossom and a hint of brioche in the background. On the palate it's as if from a single mould, unfolding again with notes of Linden, walnuts, some baked apple and white chocolate. Long and creamy.
