Brilliant straw yellow. Great and intense nose, a potpourri of ripe yellow fruits, apple and pear, also some pineapple and mango. Sparkling on the palate, beautiful, ripe fruit, but also lots of salty mineral notes, great playfulness, only at the beginning of its development. Has developed excellently since tasting last year.
