Intense, bright straw yellow in colour. Very finely drawn, at the same time intense nose, with aromas of gooseberry, sage and elderflower and a touch of crunchy redcurrant in the background. Blossoms on the palate, with lots of juicy gooseberry and redcurrant fruit, with great interplay and plenty of drive on the finish.
