Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Citrus notes on the nose, grapefruit, melon, gooseberry, lemon balm, but also nutty aromas, subtle wood savouriness. Slender on the palate, firm structure, the lively acidity conveys citrus notes and hints of salted lemon, juicy, gooseberry and redcurrant again. Medium extract, chalky mineral base, individualistic character.
