The red wine Achelo Cortona DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery La Braccesca has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, bright ruby red with a brightening rim. Lots of Amarena cherries on the nose. Fresh and juicy on the palate, spreads out with tightly woven tannins, harmonious and round, powerful through to the finish.
