Tasting Notes
Pale golden in colour. Apple peel, large wooden barrel, iodine tones. Rich and slightly viscous in the mouth, with a fine but also firm acidity, intensely mineral on the palate, dense, delicate phenolics, beautiful fullness, impressively homogeneous in the acidity, subtly savoury in the finish.
