Subtle wood savouriness on the attack, smoke, roasted notes, apple skin, fresh dough, bitter orange, pear pulp, quince jelly, ethereal and herbal. Full-bodied on the palate, but not saturating, texture with fine, lively acidity and pithy phenolics, long on the palate.
