Bright, luminous straw yellow. On the nose an elegant touch of butterscotch, an undergrowth note, a touch of salt, smoke, and white pepper. Opening on the palate with fine acidity, then a creamy flow with a pronounced yellow fruit core, it has a long and vibrant finish.
