Sparkling, rich ruby with violet. Intense nose with clearly defined fruit, blackberries and cherries, overlaid with licorice and undergrowth. Very juicy on the palate, unfolds with fine-grained tannins, very straightforward and clear, a classic that would benefit from a little more pressure on the finish.
