Tasting Notes
Immensely closed, hardly any signs of maturity, even in the colour. Just a hint of cherry and blood, raspberry spirit, juicy style with delicate, fine-grained, perfectly ripe tannins, but not too "sweet". Penetrating mineral character and an almost imperceptible acidity support. Finishes with a fruity maceration.
