The white wine »CLASS A« Wolfsheim Am Holzweg Grauburgunder vom Kalkriff trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Neverland Vineyards has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Some yeast, peanut and macadamia nut, the berry fruit remains restrained. On the palate, the wine is supple and has a very fine phenolic character, which lends additional to the round, Burgundy like texture. The acidity is well integrated. A gastronomic, well-rounded Pinot Gris style.
