Tasting Notes
A slight smokiness on the nose, with melon and quince as the fruit. There's also apple peel, black tea and bergamot in the background too. Spicy and mineral on the palate, with a fine tartness from notes of black tea and seaweed, clearly showing the terroir. Serve with mussels in a white wine broth.
