Deep ruby, opaque core, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Black berries, delicate hints of eucalyptus, dark nougat, hints of spices and herbs, multifaceted bouquet. Juicy, close-knit, pleasantly spiced wood, sweet expressive texture, ethereal nuances, firm finish, delicate hint of peppermint reverberations, lively, persistent, vivid tannins on the finish, and a delightful sweetness resonating through to the finish. Definite development potential, should be left to rest for a few more years, entirely matured in American oak.
