Tasting Notes
Deep, dark ruby with an opaque core and purple reflections, brightening at the rim. Black berries, a hint of cherries, some nougat caramel, fresh orange zest, and floral nuances are underlaid with subtle oak notes. It is taut and tightly meshed, with ripe cherries on the palate too, supporting tannins, and savoury minerality. Long, with savoury herbs on the finish. Overall, it is still somewhat underdeveloped and has good ageing potential.
