Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections, delicate bright ochre rim. Subtle nuances of eucalyptus, mint and freshly harvested blackberries dominate the bouquet, with some liquorice and lemon verbena notes too making it a very inviting bouquet. Textured, elegant, well-structured, red-berry fruit, minerally and long lasting in a mouth-watering style. This is a multi-faceted food wine with excellent potential for developing well and ageing for a log time. (now until 2040).
