Rich, bright ruby. Opens on the nose with fine spicy notes of fennel seed and lemongrass, with plenty of rich berry fruit, especially blackberry, clear. Shows wonderful playfulness on the palate, unfolds with grippy, fine-grained tannins, coated with fine texture, profound and long, very long finish, fine tobacco notes.
