Intense, bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Expressive nose, initially delicate notes of reduction, reminiscent of cold smoke, then yellow apple, lemon and Mediterranean herbs. Lively and harmonious on the palate, animating texture, great interplay of acidity and delicate tannins, lingering, salty finish.
