Tasting Notes
Bright ruby with garnet glints and a bright rim. Opens on the nose with pronounced savoury notes, of clove and raspberry, seems very complex. Salty in the attack and course, a lot of finely meshed and yet grippy tannin, shows many layers, red berry fruit and rhubarb on the finish.
