Tasting Notes
Bright ruby garnet with a light rim. Memorable nose with notes of tea, rose petals, some liquorice, plus plums and raspberries. Substantial and dense on the palate, vivid fruit, raspberries, opens with dense tannins, fine texture in its core, long finish, a sturdy and enveloping wine.
More about the tastingClear, intense ruby garnet colour. A little reserved on the nose, light cardamom and galangal, some leather, then lots of raspberry. Hearty and gripping on the palate, shows a lot of powerful tannin, coated with sweet texture, well worked out, vivid fruit, shows firm drive on the finish, still very young but has the best certain ageing potential.
