Tasting Notes
Ripe smoky Pinot nose with raspberry, smoke and yeast. On the palate there is very fine mousse and ripe acidity softly starting, aristocratic and with fine spice, shows mildness and less tension with its ripe age, but wise relaxation. Superb creaminess.
