Freiburg's Souvignier Gris is an absolute eye-catcher on the shelf, as it is filled in a brown 0.5 litre beer bottle. Ideally integrated into the deposit cycle, it already scores a lot of sustainability points. The contents of the bottle initially reveal herbal notes on the nose, along with hemp and dry grass. Smooth, fine, seamless on the palate, walnut, lemon peel, very balanced.
