Tasting Notes
Salmon pink. Rose hip, raspberry, pear. full-bodied and pithy on the palate, a striking Lake Constance acidity meets a very clear, fresh palate fruit. Not too sweet - an accompaniment to Black Forest ham, or as a fine refreshing drink to look out over the water on a summer's day.
