Tasting Notes
Delicate salmon pink colour. Freshly threshed cereals, rose petals and candy cane on the nose. Very juicy and delicately sweet and sour on the palate, with a flavour of white currants and glacé cherries, the crisp acidity is very animating and the finish is aromatically long.
