Pastel colours. Aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, fresh bay leaf, redcurrant, freshly sliced mushrooms. Shows well-judged substance and fullness on the palate, a beautiful freshness and vivid acidity, rosehip and raspberry. It's hard not to think about food.
