The white wine Würzburger Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
On the nose, peach with a slight balsamic undertone and a hint of smoky shellfish. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with the lightness of the variety yet with expression and character, with notes of lemon balm, mint and passion fruit on the fresh finish. Excellent sweetness-acidity balance close to the fine tart flavour, but with this, the lightness of a fruity Kabinett.
