Brilliantly clear straw yellow with silver. Distinctly savoury on the nose with notes of meadow herbs and bergamot, plus lemon zest and juicy apple. Fresh on the palate, with sea weed acidity, straightforward on the palate, with a seaweed and fine saltiness on the finish, with a medium finish.
