Bright, shiny straw yellow in colour. Notes of fresh white fruit, peach and melon on the nose, followed by light hints of Mediterranean herbs and a hint of a petrol-like note. Light and fresh on the palate with good acidity. The finish is juicy and mineral drive, with a sense of cohesion between nose and mouth.
