Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Strong ruby-garnet color, delicate ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicate black berry fruit, a hint of olives, subtle herbal spice, hints of ripe cherries. Juicy, elegant, sweet red berry confit, freshly structured, delicate nougat on the finish, still lacks some length despite its sweetness, still needs more bottle ageing.
