Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.05.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Intense black berry fruit, cassis and blueberry confit, notes of fresh peppermint, pink pepper, thyme, vanilla and nougat, multi-faceted and inviting. Powerful, juicy notes of heart cherry, plum, taut, savoury, pronounced in fruit texture, ripe tannins, mineral and lingering for minutes, an incredibly full-bodied food companion with guaranteed certain ageing potential.
