Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. On the nose fine oak spice, ripe cherry, a pleasant forest fruit confit underlay, chocolaty touch, with candied orange zest in the background. Juicy, ripe berry fruit, with fine supporting tannins, fresh acidity, mineral, and pronounced fruit on the finish. It is persistent and has definite ageing potential.
