Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby garnet, firm core, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Nuances of sour cherries and cherries, delicate hints of candied violets, somewhat shy bouquet. Complex, juicy, red berry confit, fine tannins, delicate nougat, remains persistent, will benefit from bottle ageing.
