Tasting from 23.05.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Fine wood nuances, a hint of tobacco and tapenade, blackcurrant, black cherry, mineral touch. Tightly woven, taut, cassis, aniseed, powerful, ripe, supporting tannins, delicate medicinal minerality of iodine tincture, salty finish, lingers for a very long time, is still a long way from being ready to drink despite all its silkiness, patience is called for.
