Dense, yeasty, herbal tones and citrus on the nose. On the palate, the wine is silky, delicately textured with fine mousse and cultivated acidity. Pleasingly lightly dosed - a stylish aperitif, or a sparkling wine to accompany (rich) food. Very good length.
