The sekt »Blanc de Blancs« Chardonnay brut, vintage 2011 from the winery Thomas Pfaffmann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Golden yellow in colour. The wine has buttery notes and raisin fruit on the nose. The palate structure is round and full, with strong tactile minerality, a firm acidity structure and sweet, extracted fruit. The mousse has already become mild in its dynamics.
