Thomas Pfaffmann has never orientated himself towards the mainstream, but works according to his own ideas, which includes a wide variety of wines. From sparkling wine to red wine, you can taste craftsmanship and passion. The winemaker is inspired by the Greek myth of Pan, half man, half animalistic, who, according to legend, loved to indulge in wine and became the winery's emblem. A great Pfalz interpretation of the Bordelais is the red cuvée "PAN Noir", which brings the famous French wine-growing region directly to the Pfalz and into our glass - our top tip!
