The sparkling wine »Tradition« Blanc de Blanc extra brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Bamberger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
The aromas of this sparkling wine are first and foremost of Pinot berries, with a little hay and yeast. On the palate, a slender and dynamic mousse is pointedly refreshing. The powerful acidity and the emphatic dryness makes the wine very appealing.
