The white wine »Alte Reben« Weißer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Wilhelmshof has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
On the nose, ripe stone fruits, apricot and Mirabelle plum, tangerine, hints of vanilla and a touch of smoke. Powerful on the palate with a firm structure, fruity with a touch of wood savouriness, a subtle tannin grip, a dry finish and good length. Will mature well.
